STUART — Apparently when Flash Gordon isn’t traveling the galaxy and protecting Earth from alien menaces, he’s at a local pizzeria.

Sam J. Jones, an actor best known for starring as the superhero in the 1980 Flash Gordon movie, stopped by Fantini’s Apizza in Stuart Sunday night.
